To increase your understanding of the staff recruitment process and provide tools and resources to support your hiring decisions, including:
- Planning your recruitment.
- Writing and positioning your advertisement to attract top candidates.
- Incorporating equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) into recruitment processes.
- Short-listing and interviewing tips and resources, and more!
By the end of the course, you will:
- Be familiar with the entire recruitment process, from planning the recruitment to hiring your top candidate.
- Have an awareness of the various resources that are available, and where to access them.
