Description
The university is now utilizing the Help and Services portal for all ConnectionPoint and ICT requests. This session is designed to give an overview of the services that ConnectionPoint offers pertaining to your administrative needs. A comprehensive demonstration of how to submit requests in the Help and Services portal, as well as searching the Knowledge Base, will be included.
The instructor-led course will be delivered using Zoom. Please see the Web Conferencing channel in PAWS for more Zoom information.
Note: The session takes the full hour with periodic breaks for questions, and the instructor will be available for an additional 30 minutes after the course to address any specific questions.
Objectives:
You will learn how to:
- submit a request to ConnectionPoint using an electronic form (eForm)
- efficiently search Knowledge Base
- view and manage your exisiting requests
We will also share some best practices for contacting ConnectionPoint for additional support.
